Congratulations to Sarah Charlton for being crowned Rock Star of the Month for September 2020!

Those of you who have visited the Spa are bound to have seen this face before!

Always happy and smiling, Sarah heads up the Spa Boutique here at Rockliffe Hall and is the font of knowledge when it comes to skincare.

Since returning from furlough, Sarah's role has adapted to help support the Spa Reception team. Sarah has gone out of her way to learn how to operate the booking systems, welcomes guests in a covid-secure way, whilst continuing to run the Spa Boutique.

A huge well done to Sarah for winning the award for September. Watch this space to see who scoops up the award for October 2020.
