A true Rockliffe Rock Star, Tomos is one of our Concierge team members here at Rockliffe Hall.
Tomos was crowned as Rock Star of the Year based on the number of votes he accumulated from his colleagues throughout the year. Tomos has worked throughout all three of the lockdowns, and was consistently nominated each monthy by his colleagues for his friendliness, team work and good humour.

Congratulations to Claire Kelly for being crowned Rock Star of the Month for November! Claire is Rockliffe Hall’s Resort Revenue Manager and is a key member of the commercial team at the Resort. Claire’s role involves implementing commercial strategies, overseeing and developing both the Reservations and the Events teams and managing multiple booking systems for the Resort. Over the past four months Claire has simultaneously been managing a large project to upgrade the hotel’s room booking system, which went live in November.
