three industry awards!

Rockliffe Hall’s team members have been shortlisted for three awards, including the Best Use of Technology Award for the resort’s new website which launched at the end of 2021, while Diane Payne, Executive Housekeeper and Teresa Kingston, Commercial Director, have been shortlisted in the Housekeeper of the Year and Revenue Manager of the Year awards respectively.

Dubbed as the Oscars of the hospitality industry, these accolades recognise and celebrate excellence among hospitality professionals and the awards will take place at the Royal Lancaster London hotel on 28th November 2022.

Jason Adams, Managing Director at the AA-rated five-red-star resort, said: “I am absolutely thrilled to see my team shortlisted for three awards this year!
